LISNO

From call recording to review and follow-up.

LISNO is an AI-assisted call transcription and translation system for call centers and customer-service teams. It brings the recording, transcript, analysis, follow-up work, and reports into one place for review.

Project overview

What LISNO brings into view

LISNO was developed as an internal system for call-center and customer-service operations. It helps teams move from a conversation to a reviewable record, then to quality checks and follow-up work.

The call remains the reference point while people examine its content and decide what happens next.

  • Transcribe and replay

Read a speaker-by-speaker transcript alongside call details and audio playback, with real-time transcription described in the original project scope.

  • Review across languages

Multilingual translation helps reviewers work with conversations across language boundaries while retaining the original call for context.

  • Assess and report

AI summaries, sentiment and keyword signals support quality review; dashboards and reports help supervisors examine activity and pending follow-ups.

These product screens show where a reviewer examines a call, where a supervisor sees work in progress, and how reports are prepared. The figures are interface examples, not performance results.

Review the conversation

The call detail combines status and caller context with speaker turns, the recording, an AI summary, and sentiment information so a reviewer can compare the interpretation with the conversation.

Operating flow

How a call becomes reviewable work

The original project scope covers call monitoring, transcription, multilingual translation, analysis, quality review, and reporting. These stages explain how those functions fit together for a call-center team.

  1. Find the call

Start from a call record with status, caller information, and the recording instead of relying on a separate note about what happened.

  2. Read and listen

Review the transcript and audio together. Translation provides another way to inspect multilingual conversations.

  3. Check the interpretation

Compare AI-generated summary, sentiment, and keyword cues with the source conversation during quality review.

  4. Follow up and report

Use follow-up management and reporting views to track outstanding work and examine call activity over a selected period.
