App Developer

We are looking for App Developers who are passionate about building efficient, high-quality applications. You will work with a dynamic team to design, develop, and maintain mobile or web applications that enhance user experience and deliver real value.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy mobile and/or web applications
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
  • Collaborate with designers and other developers for project requirements
  • Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and apply them where appropriate

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
  • 1–2 years of relevant work experience is an advantage
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
  • Knowledge of mobile languages such as Swift, Kotlin, and React Native is a plus but not required
  • Basic understanding of network/server concepts (Linux commands, DNS, IP) is a plus
  • Familiarity with development tools like Git and Docker is a plus
  • Knowledge of databases such as SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Eager to learn new technologies and grow within the team

We are a software development company. We frequently hire for backend engineering, frontend engineering, full‑stack engineering, mobile development, quality assurance, development and operations and platform engineering, product design, product management, and data and artificial intelligence.

We work face-to-face in our Philippines office to foster direct collaboration, mentorship, and team culture. Our in-person environment enables faster learning, stronger relationships, and more effective project delivery.

Our process usually includes an introductory conversation, a technical or portfolio discussion, and a culture and collaboration interview. For some roles there may be a practical exercise. We aim to complete the process within one to two weeks where possible.
