Position: Software Sales and Marketing Manager

Salary

PHP 50,000 ~ per month

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Software Sales Agent with a strong background in sales marketing and established connections within the industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in software sales and marketing and, preferably, experience working with Japanese companies. This role involves a 3-month under-observation period where candidates can choose between a commission-based or fixed monthly salary structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote and sell software solutins.
• Identify and reach out to potential clients using your network and connections.
• Conduct software demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate and close sales deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and refine sales processes and strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales marketing, preferably in the software industry.
• Strong network and connections within the industry.
• Experience working with Japanese companies is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to be part of a growing startup and contribute to building the company.

Observation Period

• Duration: 3 months
• Salary: PHP 50,000 ~ per month
• Compensation Options:
• Commission-based: Ideal for candidates with many connections, offering the potential to earn more with a minimum of 5-10 clients.
• Fixed monthly salary: Stable income during the observation period.
• Performance Evaluation: Based on performance during the 3-month period, we will decide on the candidate’s further position in the company.
